Linden Lab hosting Snowball Fight on Friday 6th February 2015

Linden Lab will be holding a meetup in-world between 10am SLT to 12pm SLT for a snowball fight with residents of Second Life on Friday 6th February 2015. This sounds really exciting and its been a long time since the lab last hosted a snowball fight with the Second Life community.

The snowball fight with Lindens and Residents will take place at Winter Wonderland and its open to everyone. Here is the official announcement about the snowball fight, see here.

Come pelt some Lindens and fellow Residents with snowballs in a frozen field free-for-all at Winter Wonderland. That’s right – between 10 AM SLT and noon SLT on Friday, February 6th, we’re holding a meetup inworld at the Snowball Warzone. Get your free snow launching weapon, gather your posse, and prepare to say hello to some Linden friends for a full on flurry of snow-slinging fun.

Yeah it’s good to see it back at long last and lets hope that the snowball fight with the lab will be a yearly event.  The last time Linden Lab hosted a snowball fight event was back in 2007/2008/2009/2010 and since then I don’t think there has been any.

See historical snowball fight snapshots here.

Can you remember these snowball fights with Linden Lab ? Should Linden Lab host these yearly ?
