Sneak preview of London 2012 Olympic Park in Second Life

I was extremely happy to have special access today before anyone else to visit the London 2012 Olympic Park in Second Life. It’s based in the London Community region which opens to the public officially tomorrow on Friday 3rd August 2012. It looks really impressive and fantastic in many ways all packed into one region. Spread the word!

Grand opening is at 8am SLT!

This London 2012 Olympic park is registered with official London 2012 website (IOC) and its also gone through official channels apparently. The builders are working under the 2012 local leader initiative and it’s been seen by the Olympic Committee. There will be official games next week and there will be medals for the winners. The event SL schedule is being worked on along with final preparations before the opening party.
