We are just 5 days and counting away from the grand opening of the resident run SL9B community event in Second Life. There is still alot of work to be completed and for finishing touches to be made to make this ninth birthday SL celebration rock. Builders are hard at work currently to finish builds on time before midnight on Saturday 16th June 2012 when access will closed for a while. SL media and press day starts on Sunday morning from 10am – 8pm SLT. So far there’s been a good turnout for applications and volunteers for SL9B.
It’s going to be fantastic this year hopefully. Everything is brand new this year and there’s many surprises in store for the SL community. *Spoilers*

- Technical Rehearsal Sunday 17th June
- Press and Bloggers Day Sunday 17th June (10am to 8pm SLT)
- SL9B Opening & Keynote Monday 18th June (Opens 11am SLT)
- Entertainment starts Monday 18th June 12pm SLT
- Entertainment finishes Sunday 24th June
- Exhibts close Wednesday 27th June
