When you log into the your Second Life Account online there is a new Mesh Questionare to complete. Linden Lab have recently added this link to the Account page. Try this out and have fun!
1. Under the Mesh Upload Status section > Click on Link to Mesh Questionare
2. When you click on the link it will send you to the Mesh IP Questionnare Start page then once there click on Lets get started!
3. There are 10 questions and at the end of the Questionaire it says “Congratulations! You are now registered to upload mesh!”
4. Afterwards the Status goes from pink to green on the account page.

I didn’t actually get there via my account page, and haven’t looked there. I followed a link someone gave in twitter.

It’s on the Account Page. It should be there under Mesh!
