The sixth annual Hair Fair 2011 is happening now which celebrates the best in Second Life hairstyle design. There are four sims featuring many different styles of SL hair and there are many designers exploring around. The Hair Fair event started on 2nd July and will continue through to 15th July 2011.

My visit to the regions was alright and I enjoyed looking at the amazing ranges of SL hair. There was lag, the sims were packed with avatars and I liked the demo/freebie stuff. If your interested in hair in Second Life then I recommend you check this out.

Later this month Relay For Life will be taking place for the seventh year running in Second Life. The event starts on Saturday 16th July and runs through to Sunday 17th July 2011. The mission is to have fun fundraising when walking around the 41 regions and to raise awareness for the American Cancer Society. I have been attending Relay For Life in previous years and it’s just amazing to take part in.

The theme for 2011 is Seasons of Hope. Relay For Life 2011 SL sims have arrived on the grid and preparations are taking place at the moment ready for opening. Check out this year’s sim shape below..
