There are many upcoming events to visit and enjoy during November 2010 in Second Life. Here are my top picks for events you should check out during this month. Happy Autumn 2010.

A Shopaholic Hunt

  • 1st November to 1st December
  • Shop ’til you drop and seek til’ you find all the pink-striped shopping bags in A Shopaholic Hunt

London Fall Festival

  • 1st to 14th November
  • The London sims celebrate the arrival of autumn with two weeks of contests, parades and other events. Highlights of the London Fall Festival, held Nov. 1-14, include a Fall Fling party, Guy Fawkes Celebration and pumpkin patch contest.

ThanksGIVING

  • 5th to 26th November
  • ThanksGIVING is in it’s second year! This year we will be holding the one-day can drive and ThanksGIVING dinner, along with a three week long Community Food Market with creators from around the grid.

PeaceFest 2010

  • 5th to 8th November
  • PeaceFest 2010 is a multi-day festival for peace that uses virtual events and technologies to build awareness of the work of small non-profits globally, and raises funds for them. Event begins Nov. 5 at 4 a.m. (Pacific) and runs through Nov. 8.

Thanksgiving Dinner party

  • 23rd November
  • There will be a Thanksgiving Dinner party for anyone who would like to attend! Enjoy fun, freebies, music and more! All day on the 23rd there will be a can drive going on throughout the area. Each second life can bought is equal to $1 USD, and 100% of these proceeds goes to WFP.
